The kraft dinner bake off started at a campground with Bill, John, Rosanna, and Tobin and I am pleased to bring it back for 2021 but this time paired with better food and wine.

When on canoe trips, we often had "boil in the bag" dinners to make preparation simple after a long travel day. The salisbury steak was dreaded but the beef stroganoff was always a hit.
*editors note...since publishing the original menu, it has been discovered that the boil in the foil dinners are no longer produced for civilian consumption, therefore substitutions have been made.
